• Release for Community Consultation the Govt Architect Vision Plan options
• Continue Sitework, began with Govt announcement, March 2011
• Own and provide high quality Arts Infrastructure, studios, rehearsal space, gallery, creative enterprise retail,
• Commit to open Stage 1 to support and harness the creative industries and employment opportunity
