President Trump's divorce from reality is more evidence that the USA is in a process of steep decline, and has now given up, in one simple step,  a large part of its global cover of moral and intellectual authority.

No surprises as USA President Trump announces that it pull out of Paris Climate Deal. Now we get to see who are going to join in as the real climate turn-coats, as various climate change denial interests around the world try to make political hay out of it. This would have to include fossil fuel interests and mining corporations.

In Australia, various members of Liberal Nonsense Party are sure to be still celebrating. No amount of alcohol can make their behaviour any worse.

The climate treaty was too much like reality for the military empire of the USA, and its wealthy resource extraction controllers. The USA still pursues and escalates its costly on-going wars for the control of planetary resources   The entire USA government was sold out to highest bidders quite a long time ago.  Efforts in the USA federal system to get any kind of environmental legislation through, or to hold on and properly manage legislation made in more enlightened days appear doomed.

Of course no implication is meant that Donald Trump actually had thoughts in such direct terms. The contents of Donald Trumps mind need to be seen in the extreme negative, as a large thought hole. The decline of the USA is so self evident, that only the power of extreme denial can keep it at bay.

It is for certain that many parts of the USA, from current and future economic necessity,  will continue a transition to renewable energy, and proceed other resource decline transitions, regardless of political pressures from fossil fuel interests, and so should we all.

Denial cannot turn back the tide of rising sea-levels and temperatures, as global warming changes accelerate.
